The exact high-touch / low-touch standard every crew works to at your studios, area by area. This is what we hold ourselves to on every visit.
Lobby
Remove drink and ring marks from the glass lobby tables

Move the lightweight lobby chairs to dust and mop behind them

Wipe the trash-can exteriors, drink drips leave them sticky

Dust windowsills and ledges

Restroom
Load supplies IN the dispensers, never a half roll on top

Dump mop buckets down the bathroom drain at night (stops the dry-drain sewer smell)

Leave it spa-fresh, stocked, wiped, no smell

Break Room
Wipe counters, clean the top of the microwave, wash any dishes

Mop the floor with the benches up on the tables

Common / Floors
Deep-clean textured LVT every few months, it holds dirt even when mopped

Leave visible vacuum marks on benches and chairs (the North Academy standard)

Don't arrive before the pros are done, an occupied studio can't be cleaned
